What size women's sneakers should I choose?

You can determine the right Floris van Bommel women's sneaker size using our size guide and size advice instruction video. Our women's shoes generally fit true to size. We use the European (EU) shoe sizing system for women's shoes, offering both full and half sizes from 35 to 43. This ensures a highly precise range of fits. If you usually wear the same size in leather sneakers from other brands, choose that same size. If you're between two sizes or have wider feet, we recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort.

Which Floris van Bommel women's sneakers are suitable for orthotics?

All Floris van Bommel sneakers are suitable for orthotics. Our sneakers have removable footbeds, creating space for your own orthotic insoles. Use our ‘removable footbed’ filter to find all women's shoes suitable for orthotics.

How do you care for leather, suede and white women's sneakers?

Before wearing your sneakers for the first time, we recommend treating them with a water- and dirt-repellent spray such as Carbon Pro by Collonil. Applying this regularly helps prevent dirt and moisture from penetrating the material. Sneakers often also contain textile materials, for which you can use the same water- and dirt-repellent spray. Most sneakers can be treated entirely with Carbon Pro.

For white sneakers, various products are available to refresh white sneaker leather, including Collonil's ‘Sneaker White’. The edges of the soles can be cleaned with mild soapy water. For a more thorough clean, we recommend Collonil Midsole Cleaner.

How are Floris van Bommel women's sneakers made?

Our sneakers are produced using the Ago shoe construction method. The upper leather is pulled over the last and secured with adhesive underneath the insole. A small amount of cork is placed underneath the foot to provide optimal support. The prefinished outsole is then attached to the insole using adhesive.
